An OS-14 starflier was seen perched on the New Tokyo dock ring. It appeared to stay there for a long time, or maybe logged on only when others were in the system. And I can't help wondering if this was a spy/recon character.
Would a few KAF-Cam characters, based strategically, be useful to us? Of course we can open the chat window to know which systems players are in, but we don't have an easy means of learning what they're doing, communicating, or where they are in the system.
I would make three, named [KAF]Cam1, etc.

good idea but if Os-14 are in our system then there is no reason for us to care about what they are doing, but there is reason to fly to new tokyo or here ever and remove this possible threat. But as most of you are flying un prepared Dragons then it is advised to engage while in superior numbers. 3-1 or if there is no other alternative the 2-1. But by all means try on your own to take care of this threat You may infact die many times, but you will improve your pvp skills and may one day be able to take on out on your own.

I've stationed [KAF]Cam1 at planet New Berlin. It's just an unarmed starflier and will be deleted if proven useless.
I'll install other [KAF]Cams wherever people suggest. Maybe at each clan system jumphole?
We might employ decoy characters, too. For example, a character named [KAF]Golden_Drone popped up in Dublin and taunting IMMORTALS on the other side of Sirius... well, I'd have loads of fun baiting them away from our real traders with that, and it needn't consume much time on my part.
It is also possible to set up an ambush in this way.

good plan but immys dont follow threats or even respond to them. Try hunting one, they just run.

Then perhaps a crasser name like [KAF]GUn$&G0ldRH!n0 will entice them. The idea is to foil our enemies' target selection. And I can make it a lean fighter. Half smart = full fooled.
